Great that you are here, thank you for your interest! I am an Austrian freelance Designer based in the south of Vienna with the studio located in the beautiful HotelMARIA, which is also run by my family.

My passion is to create, improve and design new products and support brands.

I am designing cars, tractors, machines, products, sculptures, interiors, graphics and much more. My specialty is the design of mobility and agricultural machines, a huge topic of the future.

My mindset is to design intelligent, aesthetic and meaningful products of the next generation.

My Design Destinations where at FUORE Design I Barcelona, at MAGNA Steyr I Graz and OEM`s like BMW, MINI, OPEL, FIAT,… and global Asian manufacturers and at my own Studio as freelancer.

Very thankful to work with “ITL – International Tractors Limited” on a visionary “European design” for the entire brand. The goal is to develope a global design language for the brands Solis and Sonalika that works not only in India but also in the rest of the world.

We transform a successful local brand into a global brand with the support of Product Design.

The tractors are now sold in over 100 countries worldwide and shown at the greatest agricultural exhibitions like in EIMA2022 Bologna, SIMA2022 Paris and Agritechnica2023 Hannover.

Extensive experience in industrial design and a deep understanding of customer expectations, design, functionality, sustainability, surface quality, organically complex shapes and materials are the core of Johannes’ design and development work.
